Approached by Leighton Properties, Kennedy’s supplied over 5.3 kilometres of 125x18mm Grade RFG1 Classic Aged Recycled Blackbutt completing the internal doors, walls and ceiling cladding.
In addition to this 1.2 kilometres of Kennedy’s Grade RFG1 Classic Aged Recycled Blackbutt forms the tread and railings of the stunning staircases, designed by Arden Architectural.
BVN lead designer Rob Vider said “the project incorporates natural elements to capitalise on energy efficiency.”
A natural alternative to traditional building products, Kennedy’s Green Star Timbers complement the modern design and environmental criteria. Kennedy’s is proud to have contributed to yet another Brisbane City signature project.
