This innovative six-story urban renewal development has been recognised by the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) having been awarded a 6 Star Green Star – Office Design v2 certified rating, the first award of this kind in Queensland.
With commercial buildings representing a significant impact on the environment the GBCA introduced the ‘Green Star’ rating system. Established to evaluate overall environmental building design and construction, the Green Star system institutes a common set of standards in development of this kind.
