A project for the City Council of Port Phillip designed by Stutterheim/Anderson Landscape architecture with NH Architects in 2005. The brief was to rejuvenate the St Kilda Foreshore with a striking new boardwalk between the pier and Brookes Jetty.  The former boardwalk was expanded by up to fourteen metres in width to comfortably support pedestrians and cyclists.

The boardwalk features extensive use of sustainably sourced Australian hardwood including Spotted Gum and Ironbark. Structural timbers were used for the large boardwalk area along with reclaimed timbers for all park and street furniture and landscaping.
